Hi, I'm Dayni, a 49-year-old mother and business owner, walking through perimenopause right alongside you. I have been in the Health and Fitness Industry for over 20 years, and I am a Qualified, Evidence-Based MNU Nutritionist and Women's Strength Training Coach.
I began this journey because I refused to accept that what I was experiencing was "just aging" and how things were supposed to be. I didn't feel supported or heard. In fact, I was dismissed with the same tired line: "This is peri/menopause, this is aging and that's just how it is."
