Hey, I'm Dayni!

Hi, I’m Dayni, a 49-year-old mother and business owner, walking through perimenopause right alongside you. I have been in the Health and Fitness Industry for over 20 years, and I am a Qualified, Evidence-Based MNU Nutritionist and Women's Strength Training Coach.

I began this journey because I refused to accept that what I was experiencing was “just aging” and how things were supposed to be. I didn’t feel supported or heard. In fact, I was dismissed with the same tired line: “This is peri/menopause, this is aging and that’s just how it is.”

But that wasn’t acceptable to me. I’ve worked hard my whole life to keep my body fit, strong, and thriving, and yet suddenly I was just surviving day to day, feeling terrible and out of control. So, I went down the rabbit hole of understanding perimenopause and menopause… so you don’t have to.

Over the past three years, I’ve researched relentlessly, spoken with health professionals who specialise in women’s midlife health and ensured that everything I share is evidence-based.
